Procedure:

Conditions for Applying for Distribution:

1. National Distribution:
a) Over ten years’ experience in running middle-to-high-end children brand. Have at least thirty directly operated stores (or provide us your successful case in other fields) and have fixed assets of at least RMB 20 million;
b) Provide us your credit status from bank (have circulating fund of at least RMB 6 million);
c) Annual target sales revenue is RMB 60 million;
d) Agree to spend 10% of the net profit you get from running Momoking brand on programs of public good for children.

2. Regional Distribution:
a) Over five years’ experience in running middle-to-high-end children brand. Have at least ten directly operated stores (or provide us your successful case in other fields) and have fixed assets of at least RMB 10 million;
b) Provide us your credit status from bank (have circulating fund of at least RMB 3 million);
c) Annual target sales revenue is RMB 20 million;
d) Agree to spend 10% of the net profit you get from running Momoking brand on programs of public good for children.

3. Provincial Distribution:
a) Over three years’ experience in running middle-to-high-end children brand. Have at least five directly operated stores (or provide us your successful case in other fields) and have fixed assets of at least RMB 5 million;
b) Provide us your credit status from bank (have circulating fund of at least RMB 1.5 million);
c) Annual target sales revenue is RMB 10 million;
d) Agree to spend 10% of the net profit you get from running Momoking brand on programs of public good for children.

4. Municipal Distribution:
a) More than one year’s experience in running middle-to-high-end children brand. Have at least one directly operated store (or provide us your successful case in other fields) and have fixed assets of over RMB 1 million;
b) Provide us your credit status from bank (have circulating fund of at least RMB 300 thousand);
c) Annual target sales revenue is RMB 1.5 million;
d) Agree to spend 10% of the net profit you get from running Momoking brand on programs of public good for children.

5. Non-exclusive Single-store Distribution:
a) The ones have experience in running middle-to-high-end children brand are preferred or provide us your successful case in other fields;
b) Provide us your credit status from bank (have circulating fund of at least RMB 300 thousand);
c) Annual target sales revenue is RMB 750 thousand;
d) Agree to spend 10% of the net profit you get from running Momoking brand on programs of public good for children.

6. Non-exclusive Wholesale Distribution: Order at least RMB 5000 goods every time.
