Detail Introduction:


1. Build credit, handle customers’ online review and improve customer satisfaction.
2. Reply customers through Aliwangwang, QQ and so on.
3. Find customers’ needs, reply online quickly and beautifully and assist customers to buy the products online.
4. Process order, check customers’ information, handle the unpaid order and settle disputes.
5. Collect customers’ information and reviews, handle after-service consultation.
6. Frequent user of Aliwangwang. Call regular customers.
7. Coordinate with other departments. Carry out the event planning.


1. College degree or above, majored in e-commerce, marketing or related majors. Know the process of trading in Taobao store, e-Bay or other online stores. Experience in operating Taobao store, e-bay or other online stores is preferred. Excellent newly graduates can be considered. Knowledge in infant & mom products preferred, female preferred.
2. Frequent user of office software like word and excel, able to type over 60 words per minute.
3. Passionate, patient, meticulous, able to work under pressure. Good communication skills and strain capacity.
4. Interested in IT industry, sweet-tempered and active.
