The outstanding animation “Little Great Hero Momoking” won an award again. In the afternoon of May 25, Publicity Department of Xiamen Municipal Party Committee, Xiamen Culture and News Press, Xiamen Literary Federation and Xiamen Government gave a conference to mark the 70th anniversary of President Mao Zedong’s “Speech on Forum on Literature and Art in Yan’an”. “Little Great Hero Momoking” and other 46 works won the national awards.
       It was said that the conference was held to promote the development of culture, to encourage people to create more updated, socialist values, deep-thought, fine and popular works, to improve the cultural soft power, to meet the increasing cultural needs of the citizens and to boost the cultural building of Xiamen. The animated Momoking series created something new out of the Chinese cultural treasure “Journey to the West” and presented the adventures of children and the match between the good and evil. The stories were interesting and fascinating, which taught children to cherish their friends, help each other and face difficulties together. The award meant a lot to Momoking team and also reminded us to work hard and make more quality animations to live up to the expectation of Mo-fans and to realize our brand dream “Momoking turns up, fairy tales come true”.
