China Western Cartoon & Animation Festival 2011 is sponsored by SARFT and Chongqing Municipal Government. It will start from September 29 at Chongqing International Conference & Exhibition Centre, which will cover four categories - cartoon competitions, forums, promotion and concert - and 16 subjects. 

It is said it will have opening and closing ceremonies, summit forums on cartoon industry, investment meeting on cartoon industry, ACG product show, etc. The committee will arrange the information issue, show & performance, exchange & trade, signing & cooperation according to exhibitors.
